If you are trying to bind in SBUS mode, you want to make sure the BLUE LED is lit. If the BLUE LED is not lit, hold the F/S button while the receiver is powered on. The BLUE LED should flash three times to indicate it has switched.
If you are trying to bind in PPM mode, ensure you follow Step 1, but the goal is for the BLUE LED to be off.
Turn on the transmitter and put it into binding mode.
Connect the battery/power on the XM+ while holding the F/S button on it. The RED LED will flash, indicating the binding process is complete.
Exit binding mode on the transmitter and power off the receiver.
Power the receiver back on. If binding completed correctly, the R-XSR will have a GREEN LED lit.
